President Obama's Address at Stanford Cyber Policy Centre

This week, in light of the war in Ukraine, President Obama gave an address at Standford Cyber Policy Centre. He was introduced by Prof Michael McFaul, former US ambassador to Russia. Obama's speech highlights what we already know. In Higher Education and especially in technology, we are responsible for ensuring that our students leave us with an ethical mindset about what they do and the implications for the wider world. We must also ensure that they appreciate the immense personal and collective importance of critical thinking, whatever their politics.

One hour-long, but well worth a watch (and perhaps even a share with students).
